Our online booking system only opens two months at a time. For example: In March, you can book March and April. On April 1, the May schedule will open. The system always shows the current month and the next month only. The best time to book is on the 1st of each month, when the next month opens and the most appointments are available. If you do not see availability, please add your name to the waitlist. If we receive a cancellation, we will contact you. Thank you for your understanding.

**New clients Please Read**

At this time, we are not accepting new salon customers for hair styling services. A new customer is defined as anyone who has not had an appointment in the salon within the past 12 months. If you are looking to schedule an appointment in the clinic for hair loss or scalp concerns, we are currently accepting new clinic patients in the clinic. >15 Minute Late Policy

To help our salon stay on schedule and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This helps prevent delays for other clients scheduled after you. Please call the office at 919-771-5430 to speak with a staff member about rescheduling your appointment. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied when an appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival.
