Sick policy

If you're sick with any symptoms (cough, sore throat, body-aches, fever, sneezing) reschedule your appointment as soon as possible! We care about the safety of our clients & staff. This is why we ask you to be considerate and reschedule your appointment if you are sick. Thank you

No Children Unless Being Service

For safety precautions and service expectations, NO CHILDREN unless being serviced! This will keep your children safe and give the stylist the chance to focus solely on you during your appointment!

15 Minutes Late Policy

Greater than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and charged the late fee(50% for <24hrs, 100% no-shows)This fee will automatically charge! Our staff cannot stay on schedule accepting late appointments
